On the farm we rear our own rare breed heritage pigs. The pigs play a vital role recylcing anything the chickens leave over, and turning it into fertility. Our animals also clear the ground prepping it for veg production.
We are members of BPA, which certifies our pigs as rare breed and manages the genetics and varyations in the breeds to make sure they have a future.
All of our pigs are on soil and are reared outside 365 days of the year. The animals are taken to an abittoir locally and we sell pork cuts and sausages on our shop and in our onsite farm shop.
